Refund policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or other proof of purchase.

Returns must be requested and approved before items are sent back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or local consumer law provides otherwise, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Damages, Defects, and Incorrect Items

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- perishable goods;
- customized or personalized items;
- gift cards;
- hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases;
- sale items, unless required otherwise by applicable law;
- sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once opened.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get a different item is to request a return for the original item, and once accepted, place a new order separately.
European Union and United Kingdom: 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification, subject to any legal exceptions.
To exercise this right, you must notify us within the applicable 14-day period. The item must be returned in the condition permitted by applicable law. You may be liable for any diminished value resulting from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Where required by applicable law, we will also reimburse the original standard delivery charges. If you selected a more expensive delivery method, we may only reimburse the cost of standard delivery.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to process and post the refund.
For approved returns under our standard 30-day return policy, refunds are typically processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
For customers in the European Union or the United Kingdom, where applicable law requires it, refunds will be made within the legally required timeframe.
