Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if available.
Please note that processing times may be extended during high-demand periods, holidays, promotions, or due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.
2. SHIPPING TIMES
Estimated delivery times begin after order processing is completed.
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, carrier performance, customs clearance, and local delivery conditions.
General estimated delivery times:
- United States: 7 to 12 business days
- Canada: 8 to 15 business days
- Europe: 7 to 12 business days
- United Kingdom: 7 to 12 business days
- Australia and New Zealand: 8 to 15 business days
- Latin America: 10 to 20 business days
- Rest of the world: 10 to 20 business days

3. SHIPPING FEES

4. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, CUSTOMS, AND IMPORT CHARGES
We ship internationally to selected countries.

5. ADDRESS ACCURACY

We are not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, misdelivered, or returned due to incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable shipping information provided by the customer.

6. TRACKING

7. LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES

We are not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier but are lost or stolen after delivery, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
8. RETURNED PACKAGES
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, or failure to pay customs/import charges, we may offer reshipment or refund at our discretion, minus any shipping, return, handling, or carrier charges incurred by us, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
9. SEPARATE SHIPMENTS
In some cases, items in the same order may be shipped separately depending on inventory, packaging, or logistics considerations.
